森谷 浩幸（屋号：TrendsAI。以下「当方」）は、匿名化アプリ「tokumei」および英語版「Swapback」（以下あわせて「本アプリ」）と、その紹介サイト（以下「本サイト」）における個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 本アプリは、あなたの文書を当方に送りません

本アプリは、インターネットに接続せずに動作します。本アプリに貼り付けた文章、検出された語、置き換え語と元の語の対応表は、当方を含む外部のどこにも送信されません。当方がこれらを見たり、取得したりすることはありません。

  • 原文と置き換え対応表は、ファイルに保存されません。ウィンドウを閉じると消えます。
  • あなたが登録した辞書と設定だけが、あなたのパソコンの中に保存されます。
  • 利用状況の計測、クラッシュレポートの送信、広告のための情報収集は行いません。

匿名化した文章を ChatGPT などの AI サービスに送るのは、あなた自身の操作です。送信先での情報の扱いは、各サービスのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

2. 当方が取得する情報

当方が個人情報を取得するのは、次の場合に限られます。

  • お問い合わせ：お名前、メールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容など、フォームに入力された情報
  • ご購入：お名前、メールアドレス、購入履歴など、購入手続きに必要な情報。クレジットカード番号などの決済情報は決済事業者（Stripe）が取り扱い、当方は保持しません。

3. 利用目的

  • お問い合わせへの回答のため
  • 本アプリの提供、ライセンスの管理、購入に関するご連絡のため
  • 本アプリの不具合の調査、改善のため（お問い合わせで伝えていただいた内容に限ります）
  • 本アプリの重要なお知らせ（不具合や規約の変更など）をお送りするため

4. 第三者への提供

当方は、ご本人の同意がある場合または法令に基づく場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

5. 業務の委託と、外国にある事業者の利用

当方は、次のサービスを利用しており、その範囲で個人情報の取り扱いを委託することがあります。いずれも外国（アメリカ合衆国）にある事業者を含みます。

  • Google LLC（アメリカ合衆国）：お問い合わせフォーム（Google フォーム）、本サイトの文字表示（Google Fonts）。Google のプライバシーポリシー

6. 本サイトのアクセス情報

本サイトは、アクセス解析ツールや広告用の Cookie を使用していません。ただし、文字の表示に Google Fonts を利用しているため、ページを開いたときに、お使いのブラウザから Google のサーバーへ IP アドレスなどが送られます。

7. 安全管理

当方は、取得した個人情報の漏えい、滅失、毀損を防ぐため、アクセスできる者の限定など、必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。

8. 開示・訂正・削除などのご請求

ご本人から、保有個人情報の利用目的の通知、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止、第三者提供の停止のご請求があった場合は、ご本人であることを確認したうえで、法令に従い遅滞なく対応します。ご請求は、下記のお問い合わせ窓口からご連絡ください。

9. このポリシーの変更

当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の内容は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Hiroyuki Moriya, doing business as TrendsAI (“we”), handles personal information in connection with the anonymization app Swapback and its Japanese edition tokumei (together, “the App”), and this website (“the Site”).

1. The App never sends your documents to us

The App works without an internet connection. The text you paste into it, the words it detects, and the mapping between placeholders and original words are never sent anywhere, including to us. We never see or collect any of it.

  • Your original text and the mapping are never written to a file. They are gone when you close the window.
  • Only your dictionary and settings are saved, and only on your own computer.
  • The App has no usage analytics, no crash reporting, and no advertising tracking.

Sending the masked text to ChatGPT or any other AI service is your own action. How that service handles it is governed by its own privacy policy.

2. Information we collect

We only collect personal information in these cases:

  • When you contact us: your name, email address, message, and anything else you enter in the form.
  • When you buy the App: your name, email address and purchase history, as needed to complete the purchase. Card details are handled by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not hold them.

3. How we use it

  • To reply to your inquiries
  • To provide the App, manage licenses and contact you about your purchase
  • To investigate and fix problems with the App (using only what you tell us)
  • To send important notices about the App, such as bug fixes or changes to our terms

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not share personal information with third parties except with your consent or where required by law.

5. Service providers, including those outside Japan

We use the following services and may entrust personal information to them to the extent needed. They include businesses located in the United States.

  • Google LLC (United States): our contact form (Google Forms) and web fonts on the Site (Google Fonts). Google Privacy Policy

6. Website access data

The Site uses no analytics tools and no advertising cookies. It does load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends data such as your IP address to Google’s servers when you open a page.

7. Security

We take necessary and appropriate measures, such as limiting who can access it, to protect the personal information we hold from leaks, loss or damage.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to tell you how we use your personal information, or to disclose, correct, add to, delete, or stop using or sharing it. We will verify your identity and respond without delay as required by law. Please use the contact form below.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when needed. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page.
